Italia Miranda Rodriguez plays a key role in connecting Villarreal Alberta Academy players and families to the global Villarreal experience. She manages bookings and scheduling, handles academy communications, and helps coordinate special development opportunities with Villarreal CF, including the Team Playing Experience, Player Training Week, and residency programs in Spain. Italia also organizes and attends virtual meetings between players, parents, and Villarreal CF staff to ensure families are fully supported through each opportunity. Alongside Paola, she plans and executes academy fundraisers that help create additional experiences and opportunities for players.

Paola Rodriguez Perera plays an essential role in keeping Villarreal Alberta Academy running smoothly behind the scenes. She manages player registrations, scheduling and bookings for training sessions, oversees academy apparel orders, and supports accounts receivable to ensure families have a seamless experience throughout the season. Paola also provides Spanish tutoring support, helping players and staff connect with the language and culture that are part of the academy’s strong relationship with Villarreal CF. Her organization, dedication, and family-first approach help create the welcoming environment that defines the academy.
