Villarreal Alberta Academy COMMUNICATION
Villarreal Alberta Academy is an official partner academy of Villarreal Club de Futbol. This means we have a direct pathway for our academy members. All communication must be done with your direct Alberta Academy directors.
Any players that choose to bypass our structure and communicate directly to Villarreal CF coaches/directors or other partnered academies will forfeit their spot in our academy and will be automatically withdrawn.
If you would like to train with any other Villarreal partner academy, you must contact Villarreal Alberta Academy so we can make the connection. There is no monetary exchange whatsoever. Players who bypass this rule (which is approved by Villarreal CF in Spain), will risk being removed from the Villarreal Alberta Academy. There is no exception. This applies to all players from Alberta.
If a player contacts our partner academies on their own, they will be directed to us to contact the player so we can make the connection.
VAA Fundraising Guidelines
As part of our commitment to maintaining transparency and consistency in fundraising efforts, we have established clear guidelines that must be followed by all members and affiliates of Villarreal Alberta Academy. These guidelines ensure that all fundraising initiatives align with our organization's standards, values, and financial policies.
Please be advised of the following:
*Approval Process*: Any additional fundraising efforts beyond those officially organized by Villarreal Alberta Academy must be discussed with us beforehand. This ensures proper coordination, prevents conflicts with existing initiatives, and upholds our organization's reputation.
*Use of Name & Branding*: No individual, team, or group is permitted to initiate or organize a fundraiser using the Villarreal Alberta Academy name, logo, or branding without prior approval. If you have a fundraising idea, you must first present it to us, and we will determine the appropriate approach, including directly contacting relevant companies or sponsors.
*Consequences of Non-Compliance*: Adherence to these guidelines is mandatory. Failure to comply may result in individuals or teams being restricted from participating in future fundraising opportunities. These measures are in place to protect the integrity of our academy and ensure that all fundraising efforts are properly managed.
"GOFUNDME" or similar fundraising is NOT PERMITTED.
