PLAYER TRAINING WEEK

The program is for selected players who have demonstrated high potential, through their performance in partner academies worldwide. 

Selection is often based on a combination of performance and merit throughout the Academy's program year, identified through ID camps or specific programs. 

Players train in world-class facilities and work directly with Villarreal CF coaches, experiencing life as a professional footballer. 

The week includes premier training sessions with Villarreal academy teams, daily video analysis, and competitive matches. 

Beyond technical skills, this experience is designed to foster individual growth by adapting to a new environment and embracing the club's culture.
